ERT Target Language static library build

It seems that the leading underscore, on the public symbols within my static library are missing in 2012b, when I build a model component. THis then means that I have missing external symbols when I come to build my test harness.
The leading underscores were present in 2011b but seem to be missing in 2012b. Am I missing a new option?
