I have to make an animation that changes the color of the plot based on data.

The data is comprised of 290,000 individual pieces of information that is divided into 6 categories. I need to use three of them to create a color plot which I can do. The part I don't know how to do is make the plot change after the cycle is completed. The tough part is that the length of the cycles varies, one constant is that each cycle ends with the same values in the first three columns. Is it possible to set a loop such that it reads the data, creates the plot, then when it reaches the end line it stops, skips the next line then starts the cycle over again?
Thanks!!

This question is too general to be answered in detail. I think "yes" is the correct answer, but this won't help you, I think. Please edit the question and add more explicit details.
