Stateflow Onramp solution images don't load

Trying to complete the Stateflow Onramp in simulink 2020b.

Problem is, images and solutions don't load. Some instructions are included in the images so I can't continue.

Is there a folder that gets downloaded with Matlab that might include them?

How do I fix this?
