App designer in R2021a doesn't start or gets stuck

Hello,

I got a new PC and reinstalled matlab R2021a.

The App designer doesn't start, so I can't edit the app I am working on...

I tried to remove the folder in ...\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB. This didn't work.

I also tried to copy this folder from my former PC. It worked once....

What can I do ?
