Can anyone help me to segment the kidney cyst region from the ultrasound image

The image is attached here. I wanted to segment the cyst region (the black round) in the image . Can anyone suggest suitable methods with codes. Any help is appreciated.

I suggest you look for ultrasound articles here:

Find a paper that looks good and code it up. There is nothing included in MATLAB that does that (no kidney cyst toolbox) so you'll have to build it up from lower level functions.
