Parsim and Loading Static Initialization Variables

Hello,

I have a rather complex 6DOF with several hundred variables that get loaded at runtime via maybe a dozen MATLAB scripts. Only a very small subset of these variables are varied run-to-run during Monte Carlo runs, with the rest being constant across runs.

I am trying to figure out how to use parsim with this 6DOF, but I am having trouble getting these variables loaded into the workspace correctly.

What's the best way to get all these loaded AND add a small variation to a only a small subset, keeping the rest static across each Monte Carlo run?
