Why am I unable to purchase Add-On Toolboxes for my Student Version License at the discounted rate of $10/Toolbox?

Student Version License Toolboxes are only available at the discounted rate of $10/Toolbox during the initial point of sale. Any Toolboxes purchased at a later date are priced at the standard Student Version License Toolbox cost of $29/Toolbox.
