using this equation i waana show figure by using PDE

this is the equation that what i wanna put in the matalb but i have no idea about how to put in in my matlab

what's the thing that want to show is the H elas in the matlab (finally shown)

there's have no option to you have to number that in (u,e,M, ...etc) all the number is okay the number what i put in is just my mind

and the schematic is also just my mind (every thing is okay)

what i wanna is just how can i put in this equation in matlab ?

it is also okay to using pde tool box
