how to use smooth function in the following data?

It is not clear what you are trying to do. Do you want to smooth the data in the first vector, the second vector, both vectors, or in one vector while in someway considering the values in the other vector? Please explain.

In my question file it’s not clearly given about considering the vector. Can you explain me how to assume the question?
