Hi can one tell me how to implement octree data structure for breaking the point cloud into smaller section for simpler manipulation.

kdtree for data dimensions up to 10 default to building trees, so pass in an N x 3 matrix to get an octree built internally.

Removed Sensor Fusion and Tracking Toolbox from the list of products as it is not relevant.
For your information, the example (and all lidar processing) is from Lidar Toolbox.
