Generate random velocity depth profiles

I have to generate a total of 10000 training datasets each of unique velocity-depth profile that have a velocity range of 0.042 to 0.211m/ns on a range of 4-21 number of layers in depth axis.how to generate these random velocity depth profiles in matlab. A sample profile is insert in figure.

Do you have any rules for generating a profile? Is it just a random walk between two limits, perhaps with smoothing? Do you want Perlin noise to give it a little more structure?

Its just random walk between two limits.If possible it can add noise also.
