Make movie with geoscatter plot

Hi,

I need to make the geoscatterplots converted into a movie with the attached datafile. The date&time, lat, lon, data columns are included in the attached excel file.

I want the geobasemap as "satellite".

I want to be able to replay and save the movie as well.
