How can I read this log file real-time while it is updating and giving outputs like the code below in Matlab App? Please give examples.

I already made this into a readable table and then made my desired plots in Matlab App but my problem is I do not know how to update this plot every 1 second for example by reading into the same log file while it is recording. (real-time)
