error in repeating sequence

I want this sequence in the repeating sequence:

time values: [0.0 0.02 0.02 0.04 0.06 0.08 0.10 0.12 0.12 0.14 0.16 0.18 0.20 0.22 0.24 0.26 0.28 ]

output values: [0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ]

But when running it, matlab show me an error.

It's better to provide the error message.

I assume the error is about the time data that you provied. There are duplicated values such as 0.02 and 0.12. You can't specify two different values at one exact time moment.
