Setting the Path in MATLAB

I have installed MATLAB 2012 in the C:\ drive on Windows7. I created a working directory in the D:\ drive where I saved my work. Now, I am not able to access the files in MATLAB from this directory anymore. It displays numerous error messages.
A screenshot of the same is enclosed.
How do I regain access to these files? Kindly help...
