how will i start this project in gui window?

respected sir, i am doing project in image processing with matlab.my topic is HYBRID MULTIVIEW STEREO ALGORITHM MODELLING 3D URBAN SCENES.HERE I ATTACHED MY PROJECT BLOCK DIAGRAM so how do i start my project with GUI window.sir i need the idea for this one

in your MATLAB command window. In the Dev Environment window, put all the elements you need in your GUI and write logics for their call backs (functions).
