Does Matlab 2014a support git SCM to clone project from remote repo?

I am using MATLAB 2014a version. I have successfully created and managed a project with Git version control. However, I could not retrieve files from github through MATLAB. In the process of resolving this issue, I found that source control system is set to "None" as shown in the below screenshot.
Please do help me in activating source control system to Git in MATLAB 2014a.
