the maximum out put value for 3 input variables from many cases

iam less than a beginner in matlab and what i have here is a data sheet for three input values and there output on ansys with about 150 cases i need a surrogate genatic algorhtim model to calaculate for me the most optimum inputs to get the maximum output

Then why not taking the three input values that give the maximum output out of the 150 cases ?
