Unload Interface of C++ Library dll

Is there any way to unload Interface of C++ Library dll, after call Functions in Windows Interface of C++ Shared Library , I can delete the Interface of C++ Shared Library .

for example
fc=clib.xxx.xxx;
clibrelease(fc);
clear fc;
clear clib.xxx.xxx;
don't work for unload dll
