to get the only the red lesions from retinal image by subtracting the relative entropy thresholded image from tophat transformation of the same image
what is operation of entropy filter in image processing?
can i get the formula for relative entropy thresholding

Rentropy= sum(sum(X.*log(X./Y))); X and Y are either distributions or vector data from a distribution.
