Complete deformed and connecting circles to find radii and centroids.

I have an image that I converted to a B&W image as best as I can. I want to complete the circles so I can accurately count how many there are. Then I need help find the radii and centroid of each one. I attached 2 samples any help would be great. Thanks

You forgot to attach the image files. You just uploaded screenshots but not the actual image files themselves.
