Hi,
I resolved the problem not long after I posted the message above, It was done by locating the zip and deleting it as far as I remember, it was because it was corrupted as it was downloaded. If you remove the Raspberry Pi toolbox and delete all the associated files then download and reinstall it again it should work, post back if this doesn't help.

Yes! Problem resolved.. The cause of the problem was internet connection. I deleted all the Matlab Support Package for Raspberry pi and then installed it again. And it was installed successfully. Thank You very Much Dear Josef!

Can you decompress the firmware manually using 7zip? Go to the folder where MATLAB downloaded the firmware, manually decompress it and follow the firmware update steps afterwards. If the firmware update GUI finds the decompressed firmware, it won't try to decompress it again.
Also check that you hardware has enough space. The firmware image is about 2 GB.

I have the same problem. I've tried to decompress it manually. But that also throws an error message saying file broken. I tried downloading few more times but nothing changed. Please help me out sorting this issue.
