Can MATLAB Compiler 4.0 (R14) package all of the files, a user without MATLAB would need, to run my generated stand-alone executable?

When I generate a stand-alone executable, I currently have to send the user three files: the generated executable, the CTF-file, and the MATLAB Component Runtime (MCR). I would like a utility that will package these files together.

MathWorks does not currently provide support for and therefore cannot recommend a particular installer to package all of the necessary files.
