Why do I get an error when using a large form with the MATLAB Web Server and a Sambar Web Server?

Generally everything works fine using the MATLAB Web Server and a Sambar Web Server version 1.2.1; however, when the HTML form contains many elements (push buttons, text areas, etc...), typically greater than 70, I very often get (although not always) the following error:

 Error: Invalid configuration entry on server: (null).

I am not able to get this problem for fewer than 65 elements, whereas I get it most of the time if greater than 80 elements on the form.

This problem seems to pertain only to the Sambar Web Server.

If you use another web server (such as Apache) the problem should be resolved.
