If you are unable to retrieve your password or if your MathWorks Account has been locked, you can reset the password by using the form here:

Enter your email address and click Next. We will send you an email that includes a verification code to create a new password. If you are still unable to access the password for your MathWorks Account, contact Customer Service for assistance.
