Find the same and successive values in a vector. For example:
Input x = [ 1 0 0 1 1 1 1 0 1 1 1 0 0 0 1 ]
Start and end equal to [ 2 4 9 12
3 7 11 14 ]
The corresponding values are [ 0 1 1 0 ]
So given the input x above, you should construct the output y as follows
y = [ 2 4 9 12
3 7 11 14
0 1 1 0 ]
