Pattern generator for MATLAB

Some procedures to generate hexagonal and square repeated structures(as honey cells).

There you find some procedures to generate some patterned structures with pore/interpore distances:

*gnanonet -for hexagonal structures with circular pores
*gsquarenet -for square structures

There is also a matrix_generator.m that help you to save a structure in a file by using the ptf procedure(developed by Jeroen Ploeg) that you must download from MATLAB Central.
