A sample of each video resolution should be available. The images to be converted should be of same resolution or a resolution adjustment algorithm can be used. Some lines need to be changed according to the directory and requirement*.
The objective behind this program is to develop a uniform function for image to video conversion. Please suggest a better modified program of this so that it can be used in more cases.
*Program should be modified and used inside a different program where needed. All the lines not necessarily present in sequence.
