GUI for the multiframe super-resolution application

This submission includes the source files that implement various multiframe super-resolution methods. The available methods are:
(1) Registration - Vandewalle et al., Marcel et al.,Lucchese et al., and Keren et al.
(2) Reconstruction - Bicubic, Papoulis-Gerchberg, Iterative Back Projection, Zomet et al., Structure Adaptive Normalized Convolution, Total Variation, and Maiseli et al.
