This Complex Hurst is defined for Index of Dispersion for Absorption of photosynthetic energy of plant canopies, which is based on 1.5th, 2nd and 2.5th order center moment, related to Multi Fractal pattern of large scale human nature interaction. This version 1 program computes the simple complex Hurst over time based on country average, the next release will be down to cities along silk road.
