Merging a mask into a larger matrix
I have a 2D binary mask of size 200x200. I want to merge this mask into a matrix of size 775x640.

I am developing a GUI using GUIDE. I have datacube that has 755x640x80 dimensions last being wavelengths. I plotted linear array of meanROI. Now I need to plot X-plot for horizontal line and y-plot for verticle line of the cross-hair on the image.
I tried to use ginput but did not help. Could anyone help me in getting this. Thanks
