Imaging scientist and SMPTE Fellow with 25+ years of experience in color imaging and motion picture technology across Eastman Kodak Research Labs, Intel, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. My work focuses on computational color science, color management, visual perception, and AI applications. I lead broad technical initiatives in the movie industry, while staying close to the engineering. Alongside my full-time industry work, I'm currently advancing research in metamer mismatching as a PhD researcher at Simon Fraser University.
