I am using Harris Interest operator for point detection. This is my result. but i only need to detect the centre (big rectangles campare to other). How can i avoid other points and only select centre as shown in boundary of blue line?

I have a checker board patterns with small and big rectangle shapes crossings. I want to detect only these big crossing points not small rectagular crossing using intrest operaters. Is there any option??
