I am a computational biologist with a deep interest in mathematical modeling, systems biology, and pharmacometrics. Proficient in MATLAB, I specialize in building dynamic ODE-based models, conducting PK/PD simulations, and developing algorithms for precision medicine applications. With a Master by research from IIT Delhi, my projects include optimizing metabolic pathways, designing compartmental pharmacokinetic models, and applying quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) to complex biomedical challenges. My expertise also extends to leveraging tools like SimBiology for drug development and using MATLAB scripting for automating workflows and analyzing large datasets. I enjoy working at the intersection of biology, mathematics, and computation, utilizing MATLAB to bring innovative solutions to healthcare and drug discovery problems.
