mustBeInRange
Validate that value is in the specified range
Description
mustBeInRange(
throws an error if any element of value,lower,upper)value is not within the range defined
by lower and upper. A value is within the range if it
is greater than or equal to lower, and less than or equal to
upper. This function does not return a value.
mustBeInRange calls these functions to determine if value is in the specified range:
Class support: All numeric classes and logical.
mustBeInRange(
Uses optional flags value,lower,upper,boundflag1,boundflag2) boundflag1 and boundflag2 to
indicate if the upper or lower bound is included in the range.
