Why does the ActiveX in my Dials & Gauges 1.1.2 (R13) blocks appear distorted?

Sometimes Dials & Gauges blocks in my model do not show up correctly in the following ways:

- The ActiveX portion will appear outside of the block's perimeter

- The ActiveX is not centered in the block

- Only part of the ActiveX shows up in the block (the icon is chopped off in some way)

- The ActiveX doesn't show up at all

This is a known issue of the Dials & Gauges Blockset 1.1.2 (R13) and all prior versions.

As a workaround, you can either update the diagram (CTRL-D) or resize the blocks in some way. To resize the blocks, you can individually change the size of a Dials & Gauges block, or you can zoom in/out of your Simulink diagram. Resizing will cause the ActiveX to "snap" back into place.
