How to combine kmeans and genetic algorithm

I have the result of kmeans. I now need to use genetic algorithm in any of the step. Please guide me how to use the ga toolbox inside this. I am using Matlab optimization toolbox for Genetic algorithm and just "kmeans" for kmenas algorithm. I give the feature matrix as the input to kmeans.

Please give me some tips to resolve this problem. Thank you

I don't believe there is a genetic algorithm toolbox offered by the Mathworks. If you have a third party toolbox, perhaps you should ask them for guidance.
