Communication between Simulink and PLC over Modbus TCP/IP

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how to connect a PLC with Simulink over Modbus TCP/IP. More specifically, I want Simulink to act as the slave and the PLC as the Master. I already implemented an example in Simulink and I want to be able to read specific values in the Simulink model. I already figured out how to create a TCP/IP communication.

Please let me know if you have any examples that you could share with me or any ideas.
