I have 76 2D cross sectional slices of CT scan images. I want to generate a vertical section by those slices.
Can somebody please give me an idea or tip about how to do it?

Instead of having 76 separate image matrices, you should hold all the slices in an MxNxP array. If A is this array, then you can extract slices along whatever axis you want by indexing
A(:,:,i); %axial
A(:,i,:); %sagittal/coronal
A(i,:,:); %coronal/sagittal
You can also use griddedInterpolant() to interpolate oblique slices.

If the 76 images came from DICOM, you can import to a MATLAB 3D volume using one of several tools on the File Exchange, e.g.,
