Time/Presure Data (.csv) To wav for FFT

How do I use a CSV file to do a FFT? I Can do a FFT using excel. However, I keep hitting walls with matlab.

The goal is to us the fft to find component frequencies in order to attempt to reconstruct the recorded sound with the appropriate sin/cos wave functions.

Simply Recorded .03 seconds of a flute. Exported (from loggerPro) to .csv. In the tutorials we start with a wave file. I need to start with a .CSV and i am sad to say it was easy in excel.

If you can lead me to a good start point I will do the rest.
