How to change yellow fill to white in 'mapshow'

I used 'mapshow(S);' to plot shape file.

The plot is filled with yellow colour.

I need only boundary (fill with white)

How to change yellow to white

p = shaperead('concord_hydro_area.shp');

p = 98×1 struct array with fields:

Geometry BoundingBox X Y AREA PERIMETER

mapshow(p, 'FaceColor', 'y') % change 'y' to 'w' for white
