Transferring toolboxes to a new version of MATLAB?

I bought the student suite package with all the included toolboxes in 2012. I decided to upgrade this year to the 2014 student version. I just bought the base MATLAB package though. Is there any way to transfer the toolboxes that I has in the 2012 version to the newer 2014 version?

The toolboxes only work with the version of MATLAB that they were bought for so you can't use 2012 toolboxes with a 2014 base MATLAB. Just as you upgraded base MATLAB, you'll have to upgrade the toolboxes also.
