If I have day month and Year in Xaxis, How can apply limit to the Xaxis?

I want to Plot the data for every month and year, so How can i apply the xlimit?

If ‘x’ is a datetime array, the arguments to xlim must also be datetime values —

x = datetime('now')+days(0:60);
y = sin(2*pi*5*(0:numel(x)-1)/numel(x));

When I am plotting the date from 24-Mar-2013 to 29-Nov-2021, I am only seeing year on the axis not the month, why is that?

Using my previous code as an example, see if something like this would work:

Using above technique I could not see the month and year in above chart,

My code is simply an example. It will likely be necessary to change it to produce the result you want. You will have to experiment with it.

You might want something like this:

xtv = min(xlim) : calmonths(1) : max(xlim);

The ‘step’ value (here ‘calmonths(1)’) controls the tick spacing.
