Im using spatial contact force between a plane and wheel but when i run the simulation the wheel falls freely. Is it a correct response or it has to stay attached to plane?

Im using spatial contact force between a plane and a wheel but when i run the simulation, the wheel falls freely, i mean it doesnt look like theres an action and reaction to the wheel with the plane. I think that the wheel should be stationary. I have been changing the parameters of stiffness and damping but it still falls down freely. Please i need an answer for this ;(

Here are some things you can try:

1. Set the maximum step size to something small (like 0.01) to make sure the solver takes a step when the wheel strikes the plane.
2. Make sure the wheel is starting above the plane, but not too far above the plane.
