Ultracapacitor Block needed for the vesrions lower than the 2012a

Actually,I am modelling Ultra-capacitor block with the help of Resistance and capacitor but unable to get the desired SOC frame,MATLAB has incorporated some models related to it in higher versions after 2012B .If any Representative can mail me some models,it would be great help.
