How do i get the slope of a running simulink file?

I need to find the varying slope of the given graph at a time gap of 0.25 second. This slope is required for further calculation and hence needs to be obtained whilst the simulink is running. Kindly find the input file attached below.

Look at the Discrete Derivative block.
