Can anyone post the matlab code for make_bank_DFT function used for subband filtering (as taken from the Kong-Aik Lee book on subband filtering theory and implementation?

I'm working on adaptive sub band filtering algorithms. The filter choice poses a number of challenges though. Going with the approach given in the said book, I need the matlab code for the make_bank_DFT function which is not available in the library. Basically I need to divide a signal into various sub bands and then work on the individual bands. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
