I want to change the size of a patch of .mat files from 40x40x40 to 64x64x64

I have 600 .mat files that represent images and their size is 40x40x40 I am working on vnet which only accepts multiples of 8 I want to change the size to 64x64x64.
I am attaching an example of the files here. please help

Read about imresize3.
I1 = imresize3(I,[64 64 64]) ; % I is your 40x40x40 image
