Struct or Table for a dataset with multiple data types

I've mined some data with several different datatypes, including string, int and arrays thereof.
I want to call these fields to run them through some algorithms later, like an NN, but I'm not sure which datatype would best store them. Can anyone advise?

If you are talking about NN, table might be the best structure.

Wouldn't it depend on the structure of how data is organized, e.g., if it is deeply nested would table still be the right choice?
