I happened to use Matlab 2014B Global optimization toolbox for one of my multi-objective optimization problem. Here, I am facing an issue that “ gamultiobj” function violates the non-linear constraints. Albeit, same optimization problem works perfectly fine using “fmincon” by making them into a single objective by weighing each objectives. I also came to know from the release notes that “non-linear constraint” feature in “gamultiobj” is introduced only as recent as in 2014B version. Therefore, I would suspect that it might still be not mature . But I could be wrong. Any help or pointers is appreciated. Also, I could provide code snippets to reproduce the problem.

When you say the constraints are "violated", you mean even when considering TolCon?
